Reservation agreement & future purchase agreement
We will sign a Reservation Agreement or a Future Purchase Agreement. Within 3 business days of signing, a 10% deposit of the purchase price is due. A further 10% deposit is payable within 3 months.
Purchase agreement
We will sign the Purchase Agreement, and you will pay the remaining 80% of the purchase price—either through a mortgage or personal funds.
Handover
Your apartment or unit will be handed over to you once the Purchase Agreement is signed and the full purchase price is paid.
