Purchase Procedure
Orally made reservation
Let us know that you have decided to purchase. We will reserve the relevant apartment or flat for you for 48 hours.
Agreement on Reservation and Preliminary Purchase Agreement
We will sign a reservation agreement or a future purchase agreement together. Within 3 business days of signing, you will pay a 10% deposit of the purchase price. Within 3 months, you will then pay an additional 10% deposit of the purchase price.
Purchase Agreement
We will sign the purchase agreement together, and you will pay the remaining 80% of the purchase price – either from a loan or your own funds.
Handover of the unit
The apartment or flat will be handed over to you after the signing of the purchase agreement and the full payment of the purchase price.
